Today, COO Jon Howard along with Marketing & Events Coord. Rebecca Bowering, had the pleasure of visiting the future home of First Light and the “Residential Schools Memorial Garden” and making a donation of $5,000. We did so to show our support and appreciation for what our friends at First Light do for the Indigenous community.
Thank you to First Light representative Elizabeth for taking the time to meet with us and show us around. It’s been one week since the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We want to remind ourselves and others to continue the conversation, to reflect and to educate ourselves not only on this day but every day. #CapitalCommunity
